Aleesha Young is establishing herself as a top female professional bodybuilder in the final quarter of the decade. When she was born in 1984, Aleesha was born into a family of athletes. Her father competed in bodybuilding and her brothers participated in various sports, including ice hockey. Aleesha has played many sports, including soccer, basketball and softball. Aleesha won her pro card after winning the NPC USA Championships in 2014. Her first year of competition that was the year 2008. In 2014, she participated in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro. Her final score for 2015 was 9th. Aleesha was 6th and 7th in 2015 and 2016 in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha has steadily progressed and, in 2019, she brought home her first ever pro title: at the Chicago Pro Championships. Her most impressive WOS performance came in 2020. Her finish was fourth. Despite this, "Worlds strongest mom", took a short absence from her sport due to health issues.
